Poerator ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and what rights you have.
1. Who we are
Poerator is a live broadcast production and equipment rental company based in Vilnius, Lithuania. For any questions about this policy or your data, contact us at hey@poerator.com.
2. What data we collect
When you use our contact form or quote request form, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, phone number (optional), delivery city, rental dates, project details and your message. When you browse our site, we automatically collect technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, and pages visited, via analytics cookies (only with your consent — see section 4).
3. Why we use your data and our legal basis
We use your data to respond to inquiries and prepare quotes (necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract), to manage bookings and provide our services (performance of a contract), to keep accounting and legal records (legal obligation), and to understand how our site is used and improve it (your consent, via analytics cookies).
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies required for the site to function (such as remembering your language and cookie choice) and, only with your consent, analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) that help us understand site usage. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing your browser's cookies for this site and revisiting it.
5. Who we share data with
We share data with service providers who process it on our behalf: Resend (sends emails triggered by our contact and quote forms), Sanity.io (content management), Netlify (website hosting) and Google Analytics (website analytics, only with your consent). We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
6. International data transfers
Some of our service providers (such as Resend and Google) may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. How long we keep your data
We keep inquiry and contact data for as long as necessary to respond to you and manage any resulting business relationship, and no longer than 3 years after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law (for example, accounting records related to a contract).
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to receive a copy of it in a portable format, to object to our use of it, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email hey@poerator.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt).
9. How we protect your data
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access controls, to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or misuse.
10. Children
Our services are intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it was last revised.
